Fold7 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the fold7 platform. By registering an account or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and fold7 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by fold7, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You are a resident of Malaysia or are accessing the platform from a location where such use is permitted under local law.
  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document as well as fold7's Privacy Policy.
  • The information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Fold7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Identity Verification

Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account on fold7. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate information, including your full name, mobile number, and a valid payment method.

Fold7 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents, as part of its compliance process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of your account.

Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. fold7 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact fold7 support immediately.

Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from using the fold7 platform for any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or any action that may compromise the integrity of the platform. The use of automated software, bots, or any tools engineered to exploit the system is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.

3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the fold7 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). fold7 supports a range of local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets, and instant payment options available in Malaysia.

Deposit Terms

  • Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. fold7 does not accept third-party deposits.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
  • Fold7 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your payment service provider.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method or under the name registered on the account.
  • Fold7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, for security and compliance purposes.
  • Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen. VIP members receive priority processing for withdrawals.
  • Any bonus or promotional credit that has not met the minimum wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal.

Fold7 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent or unlawful activity while an investigation is carried out.

4. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Platform Liability Limits

Fold7 provides the platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, continued availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. fold7 shall not be liable for:

  • Any service disruption caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
  • Any act or omission by a third party, including payment providers or other service providers.
  • Game or betting outcomes — all results are final and non-disputable unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

Account Suspension & Closure

Fold7 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause — including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or instructions from a relevant authority.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, fold7 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and management review. Users may appeal through fold7's official support channels.

5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

Intellectual Property

All content on the fold7 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, source code, and design elements — is the exclusive property of fold7 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from fold7.

The fold7 brand name and all associated trademarks are the property of their rightful owner. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Links to Third-Party Services

The fold7 platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. fold7 has no control over the content or policies of such third-party services and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from their use. Users are advised to review the terms of service of any third party separately.

Governing Law & Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the fold7 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism.

Fold7 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform.
